Admittedly, this isn’t a great pic. It’s *heavily* cropped and sharpened by Topaz. However, it is my first image of a Whinchat ! 

I was wandering around Tucklesholme Nature Reserve, taking a few pics of the remaining summer warblers and reed buntings, and pointed the camera in the direction of what i thought was another Reed Bunting. It was only when i got home that i realised it was a whinchat 🙂 I’m going to head up again in a couple of days and see if it’s still about.
